I reside in an older home in San Luis Obispo. I and my family enjoy our home, however we some serious and what looked to be expensive issues facing us. This involved two separate areas of concrete cracking in our garage and on the side of the house. One contractor told us that the both of these areas would need to completely ripped out and new concrete would need to be poured to repair these issues. I connected with Chris Isler and his crew from CRI & Associates. Chris and his excellent crew of subcontractors and craftsmen succeeded in giving our home a new lease on life. He guided us through everything that was involved in the installation of a new roof, siding, windows, doors and flooring. The house provided a number of challenges and surprises as the work progressed, and Chris was able to come up with a solution for everything he was presented with. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work, as well as the all the help we were given in making decisions about materials and design. We have and will continue to recommend him.
