I hired Affordable because of the number of good ratings on Yelp. I was not disappointed as Michael came and took care of the water leak in my rental quickly and professionally. I will for sure call on him again in the future.

We had just moved into our house and were at the part where we discover what is wrong. Mike was able to get on site quickly and help us to alleviate our problems. All the work was completed quickly with pictures taken in the invoice. Sometimes it's helpful to know what was done a few years from now. He is also good at explaining issues. I highly recommend Mike and supporting local businesses.

Michael came out to our rental unit to diagnose the plumbing issue in the kitchen sink. Turned out it was a dishwasher issue. We were glad that he helped confirmed the source of issue. Michael is very polite, honest and very responsive which we really do appreciate. We would definitely call him again if we need his service and expertise in the near future. Thank you Michael!! :)
