After having way too many bad experiences with several supposedly high-end (i.e., "overpriced") dry cleaners in downtown Los Gatos, CA, I started taking some of my finer articles of clothing here based on the recommendation of a trusted friend. What a great decision that was! I am very particular about my designer pieces and this dry cleaner has successfully cared for a variety of my favorite pieces, to date. Even better, Orchid Cleaners prices are reasonable given their excellent quality of work and the customer service provided to me each time I drop-off/pick-up is really awesome, too! I highly recommend them!

Orchid Cleaners is very good. They have the best cleaning. Their service are actually super good. I have been going to orchid Cleaners for many couple years and Anna who works in front counter (owner) she’s very nice. Sometimes her husband watch counter someday. He is very kind also. Their cleaning are the best with my laundry shirts. Thank you Orchid Cleaners!

Orchid Cleaners is the best cleaners and the most professional cleaners that I have been using and still using. Their service are very friendly and kind. Alterations, cleaning all great. Shirts and dry cleaning they can do all. i also love how they can do same day service as long as u bring it in the morning. Most of the stains they can get it out.
