Renee exceeded all of my expectations upon coming to a new salon. After a number of bad experiences at other salons, I was hesitant to trust anyone new with my hair however, I had been recommended this salon and decided to give it a shot. Renee is an amazing colorist and an expert in blondes. I had a botched highlight from another salon last January, it was the worst highlight of my life. I cried the entire week after. I frantically looked for a new colorist while feeling hopeless that anyone could ever fix my hair. Out of the 3 colorists I talked to, Renee actually called me and spent 45 minutes on the phone with me. I could tell she truly cared. Fast forward, Renee is getting my hair back on track and my last appt with her was the most gorgeous balayage ever! I couldn't stop looking at my hair. Sydney is awesome! This is the second time we have had a service. My 15 yr old daughter had her long hair color corrected along with balayage and she did a wonderful job! Thank you Sydney!!
