Healing Through Touch Massage

I went to Dianne with a recovering shoulder injury and had a deep tissue massage that focused primarily on my back, neck, and shoulders. I've had deep tissue massages at spas before, but none like Dianne's. Dianne warned me the massage would hurt, but it was a good hurt--extremely therapeutic and soothing. And of course she made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. I really appreciate Dianne's wealth of knowledge explaining the physiological aspects of my injury, what muscles I can strengthen, and other ways to help heal, outside of massages.

I believe I found Diane though my chiropractor/functional medicine doctor. I've had several massages with her. She really knows anatomy and helped me work though some neck issues that I've had for a decade. It's not a fluffy spa experience but if you are serious about getting rid of tight muscles, go see Diane.
