We took in our senior cat for a check up because he's been having a couple issues, as expected. And while this vet seems to be in the pricier side, they are all extremely nice and thorough. The vet came out to our car (covid social distancing) and explained all her thoughts and what she believed the best moves would be. When we picked up our cat a little later on, he was feeling much better, seemed very happy and they rated him as a really good boy! Will definitely be using them for all future issues as well.

Went to El Gato today fir the first time. I had been looking for a new vet for a while but inertia kept me from changing. But today when I needed to see my regular vet whom we been with fir 25 years I couldn't get an appointment for a week. I call El Gato and was able to be seen that morning by Dr Bibb the clinic owner. I like smaller non corporate vets. There are few remaining. The organization was impressive. When I got there there were 5 other cars with animals (Covid procedure). I thought I'd be waiting an hour. Wow- Dr. Sarah & Kathryn were just wonderful on so many levels. They were responsive to helping even a new patient, took time to really explain things, super fair on pricing - no they were very great on pricing (I have been to a few vets that it was literally like a used car buying experience), they were super thorough and even did above and beyond just to be sure and they were NICE. That last one just does not get the credit it deserves but its huge. They have great protocols with COVID and were very caring with our Marshmallow doggie.
