My dog chance back to 2017, they are very rude front desk, I ask about dog insurance. They are very snub and not explain to me. Dr. Kim gave away to my dog, I felt so hurtful and cry so much emotional. I never forget . My dog chance only my baby boy was 5 yrs old back to 2017. He gone. I front desk can I make payment. They say no cost me $2,000.. they refuse and they decide to give away another place home. It was so much hurt. I lost my baby boy chance. They won't tell me where is my dog.. ????

Speechless. The entire team was so patient with my dog. It was my first taking my dog to a vet. My dog is very friendly but gets scare easily or nervous when she is not used to certain places. Dr. Kim handle my dog with care and passion and help to put my dog on the weight scale. The explained to me each vacation my dog was getting and made sure my dogs experience was as smooth as possible.

They only want your money. They don't care about your pet. They'll do anything to try and charge you the most They can . They want you in and out. They shouldn't own this type of business if they have no love for animals. Find somewhere else.
