I met Valerie back in 2005. Over the past decade and half I have seen her develop into an amazing artist. She also has an astounding soul and dance moves to match!! Her radiant love illuminates through her work. Makeup is her passion!!! There is no one better than Valerie to get your makeup done with that her!!
