I was shocked when I saw my hair. I had to take my glasses off and couldn't see much of what she was doing while she was cutting my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like, she agreed. She cut the sides of my hair so short. My hair looked nothing like the picture .was suppose to have a curly hair style. Its like she ignored the photo and cut the sides instead of layering and trimming the length the same as the rest of my hair. I won't go back.

Heather did hair and makeup for my wedding, and she was a dream to work with! From the trial to the wedding day, she listened to exactly what I wanted and brought it to life even better than I imagined. She was punctual, organized, and brought such positive energy to the day. Everyone's hair and makeup looked stunning and held up perfectly, even through dancing and happy tears! She's the best.

Every time I've been before I've had great experiences. But I went yesterday and Mona M did not listen to me at all and cut my bangs way to short exactly the way I DIDN'T want. I recommend the studio, just not this stylis.

I brought my wife here 3x. During her last appointment, her appointment was changed from 10.30am to 11.30am without anyone confirming that this would be okay. Also, once she arrived at 11.30am, she had to wait over an hour. Amor was running behind and no other stylist helped her out ( there were 4 available stylist!). It is very inconsiderate to customers to see a team of stylist not be supportive (not a team) or have the same culture. On the one hand, Jacqueline asks clients to arrive on time (she lectured my wife for arriving 10 min late), and on the other hand, Amor and a group of stylists disregard the customers' wait time even after 1 hour. No one even got my wife a glass of water. My wife's schedule is really busy and she won't be able to schedule another appointment for a while.

I scheduled a consultation with Tricia and explained my ideas for my color and it looks amazing! She's so kind and I love her whole personality! I love how she takes the time to talk to you about what you want and actually talks to you! Ive never had a hairdresser who's actually engaged with me and has a conversation with me! My appointment was with Tricia and I loved her personality from the very start. I normally don't like talking much but She was so easy to talk to and understood what I wanted with my hair. She even showed me how to style it for my graduation coming up. She truly went above and beyond during the appt and is a gem to be around. I will definitely be coming back to her again.
