Juan was great. They get backed up because they have a lot of work but they follow through. We like the floors. They make the room brighter and just make the whole family feel better. The employees at the showroom were helpful.

I had a terrible experience with the company that initially installed my wood vinyl floors. Terrible job- they didn't check the humidity in the slab before installingThey insisted that the transitions into the other rooms from kitchen or bedrooms couldn't be evened So many people came in and wouldn't take on another person's bad workThese guys are awesome!Family run operation - they are professionals and did a beautiful job and found that there was a leak in my slab- that the original company paid no attention toIf you are looking for great product and installation -- call this companyJuan was in charge of my project and so great to work with

Amazing job done by Rowland's Flooring. The entire team did an incredible job, from sales rep Juan, to the the installers was first class. They kept me informed the entire time, from estimate/measuring to the completion of the project. This can be hard to come by with contractors these days. OMG! I can't express how much I love my beautiful floors. Edwin and his crew did an awesome job - very detailed too! They started at 7:00 to 4:00 and always cleaned before they left for the day. I was told the job would take 12 days and they finish in 9 days. Thank you again!
