Beverly Hills Posture is a top notch therapy and training facility. I'm glad I met Dr. Ozar and visited for my neck/shoulder problems. A lot of one on one care and specialists who cater to your needs. If you're thinking of a one stop shop chiro/therapy center, definitely check this place out!

I’ve been having chronic neck and back stiffness/issues for months now. Someone recommended that I try seeing a chiropractor so I went to see Dr. Jamie at Recharge Chiro since it's close to work. I’m so glad I did! She spent time talking to me about my work, sitting/sleeping habits, as well as what physical activities I enjoy. (none, ha!) It turns out I have some bad habits with my posture which she pointed out immediately. She then talked me through some exercises and strategies to fix those habits and really helped me make sense of where my neck/back issues were coming from. I've been seeing Dr. Yoeurng for the past few months for chronic neck and back pain. I've had issues for the past 10 years or so and was looking for someone that could get my pain in check. During each visit, Jamie spends time working on my various problem areas and is very thorough. Within a few months I've been able to go from 2x/week to 2x/month because Jamie has been consistently helping me to improve. She responds quickly and is super flexible on appt timing. I would highly recommend Dr. Yoeurng if you're looking for personalized, great care :)
