The director of Quality is Amanda Martinez. Her "quality of care" towards me was beyond disbelief. Rude, unpassionate, and horrific unprofessionalism. The amount of bad experiences I had here finally reached her, and she did nothing. She should be ashamed of herself and her work ethic and standards she sets, and allows. Managers above her should see how she treats patients.

I've been here a few times when getting my prescriptions. I'm very happy about switching pharmacies. The pharmacists are very friendly and professional. I just love professionalism, which we don't get nowadays. So to this pharmacy thank you for making a difference

Unacceptable Unprofessionalism and Violation of Patient Confidentiality at Queens Care!!!! We were appalled by the unprofessional conduct displayed by the front office staff, particularly Keven. His behavior was beyond unacceptable and warrants immediate termination. Not only did Keven exhibit a complete disregard for professionalism, but there were also alarming breaches of patient confidentiality under his watch. It's deeply concerning to witness such negligence in handling sensitive information. Moreover, the unwelcoming and hostile environment created by Keven, Diana, and Veronica only added to the distress of the situation. Their behavior not only reflects poorly on the clinic but also undermines the trust and comfort that patients should feel when seeking medical assistance. It is imperative that Queens Care takes swift and decisive action to address these issues. Patients deserve better than to be subjected to such unprofessionalism and disregard for their privacy. Terminating Keven and implementing measures to ensure a respectful and confidential environment must be prioritized to uphold the standards of care and professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. In conclusion, my experience at Queens Care was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff, particularly Keven. Action must be taken to rectify this situation and restore confidence in the clinic's ability to provide quality care while respecting patient privacy.

I got assigned this doctor through my Medi-Cal insurance, and the whole process since establishing care in July of 2023 has been terrible. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I had an appointment to see a doctor and the appointment was canceled the day of or the day before several time because the doctor had called out. Once I did see a doctor, the referral I needed for a surgery fell through the cracks and had been delayed over 6 months. I thought it was Medi-Cal's fault, but it turns out this clinic didn't submit the referral correctly. I received no guidance or updates regarding the status of my referral or any care about my health in general. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but especially not to anyone who is seeking gender affirming care. They recently changed their name to "Gracelight" in a clear desperate attempt to rid themselves of the bad reputation they have established for themselves. Do your research and find a decent doctor and don't settle for this subpar care.

I'm very unhappy with the reception, they cancel the appointment at the last minute, or you show up on time and there's a surprise like you don't have an appointment today, it's impossible to get through by phone

My parents have been using the services at this clinic because of how close it is from home. The service varies, some days are ok and others not so much with their customer service. But today I discovered how they do not care about the health of patients, even those at high risk. I called at 7am, as they always suggest, to request a same day appointment for my dad who just tested positive and has diabetes. They told me they were going to work on it and would call me back with the time of appt. 2 hours had passed and never called. Decided to give them a call to check just to find out that I had called at the center place and that their messages "sometimes do get to them". What kind of health care is this? The lady at the front desk was so unempathetic and dry over the phone. Didn't understand why we were requesting his doctor and told me to call at 7am another day. How can we trust a system that thinks illness can wait for a next day to be treated. Unbelievable.
