In case they are still in business, I need to add more. We recently looked into adding insulation and were told there was asbestos. It is important to mention that we paid David for asbestos abatement. Pretty alarming news. Not only did we experience theft and poor workmanship, we are also having to deal with potential health risks. Scary.

3 years later, I am EXTREMLY disappointed with the work we had done by Polaris. The house looked great after they finished contruction, we added 2 bedrooms, one upstairs along with a balcony, one down stairs along with a restroom, and extended the original 3 bedrooms we had out 8 feet. The process took a lot longer than the original quoted time. The crew was not reliable, and David talked a great game, but play after play, he fell short. Example, we had the coax cable ran inside the walls. Good thing we made them test the wires before the walls were sealed, because the guy who ran the cable used the cheapest crappiest coax he could find, kept pinching the coax at every... read full review

Today we live in our dream house because of Polaris Construction/David Noudel. David Noudel and his Polaris team excelled in every way imaginable. We met David last summer to discuss remodeling our home and expanding it. David was referred to us by a friend. We were careful in the selection process and met with several other contractors. David was by far the most responsive and the most impressive. We hired him and it was the best decision we could have made for our home remodel. It took David only a few weeks to secure permits based on detailed plans drawn by his architect. David was timely - very timely.
