I found the flooring that I needed but told them I need a week to figure out how much to order. They quoted me a price per square feet. Then when I was ready to order, they bumped up the price as well as trying to charge me almost $100 for delivery. Not very trustworthy and I wouldn't go back there.

The did a great install, had and issue and the came to fix it for free! We work with them again!

I needed a stair runner custom made (in four sections, with binding) for an old Craftsman house I was restoring. I brought the exact measurements and drawings of where I wanted the binding (leaving one edge on each piece raw so I could finish myself and assure a custom fit). I think they are used to doing all that work themselves in the field so I did have to assure them that I didn't need his crews to measure or install. They came through, the pieces were gorgeous and the stair runner was one if the first things people noticed when they walked in my house. Pricey, but worth it!!

A search around the world by Marco Polo and Kubla Khan could not discover this Hidden Jewlell of the city. AS I said the Magic words", Open Sesame" assistant unrolled a Magic Carpet and I was ready to fly around the large colorful emporium of artistic choices by The Owner and designer Brother David of Pico and his enchanting building and showroom. With old-world values and American know how this family has honored our community with service and care for the neighborhood families for three generations. I purchased some glamorous Red Carpet for my offices and other services for my home and as a General Contractor I can say, "Well done David "the community thanks you for honesty and honor.

BEST OF THE BEST! David and his staff gave us awesome prices...had amazing inventory...and the install was perfect of our lovely new carpeting! he really took care of us and made the process fun and easy...they even moved and disassembled our bed and night stand and reassembled it again better than it was before ... A++! Truly a 5 star experience...highly highly recommend!

Was ready to order my floors. David the owners kept giving me the run around. Kept telling me he's going to send someone out to measure. Two weeks later I call him and he tells me he needs to see if the floors I want are even available.Why do you waste my time? If you're too busy then tell me that from the beginning. I told you I was in a rush.He just hung up the phone on me when I asked him why he gave me the run around.But that's okay; you just lost a customer.Bravo
