I had a sign in problem that defied solving by myself. Tech Studio came through and solved the problem very quickly and remotely. I have used Tech Studio a number of times over the years in evaluating and setting up equipment.The service is A+.
Not perfect, but by comparison it is nearly so. Dan is great and implacable in his pursuit of the proper fix. Diligent, thorough and courteous. He is always looking to make it easiest for us by attempting all fixes remotely. Also has supplied advise on new computer needs. Thanks Dan
have been using them for at least 15 yearAnd have had no major problems all that time.I usually deal with Dan he fixed everythingIthat I could not correct myself.if something is not corrected. All it takes is a phone call back to them and they will corrected said problem with no extra charge.If they are busy at the time of your call. They will call you back, usually within 15 to 30 minutes.So as far as I'm concerned they deserved five stars....... read full review
