Words can not begin to express how well I was treated. From the 1st contact with David, then John David, Jesus, and Genesis, my family and I were treated with compassion, care, and respect/dignity. I saved the best for last....Elizabeth(Liz) was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! She listened without judgement and was professional, friendly and caring. My Dad looked amazing and the attention to detail (hair, skin, cleanliness) was immaculate....To say I was pleased is a gross understatement. Thank you, Thank you Thank you for making a very difficult time a little easier to bear!

Optima funeral home helped us with the services of Father. They were so patient and so kind in waiting until we were able to create him. Due to him not being blood related me I was unable to sign but they guided me on how to get kinship thru the court and was able to celebrate his life the way he would have wanted. Thank you to the whole team for helping us from the bottom of my heart.

My mother just pass away and Optima Funeral Home did an amazing job with the services at my church Esmirna of highland park. The funeral attendant Hugo was amazing, every little detail the day of the service was just so perfect. I thank Optima for all the staff and the hard work they do!
