OMG!!! I absolutely love this place man Sali, is amazing and everyone in the shop. This was my first time there and honestly, it was so fun, insightful, and amazing. My first time ever getting locks and they educated so throughly and completely. But my favorite thing about this shop was just the amazing conversations, customer service, and the whole 9. Beautiful location. Beautiful people. I loved the service I recieved.5/11/23 We are all out here trying to make it in this world and setbacks happen. I arrived to LA at 2am on a flight from Virginia. So I was a bit distraught to arrive on time for my 9am appointment and my shampoo/steamer person did not show. Nevertheless, they hustled hard to deliver. It ended up being Nathan, the loc specialist who performed all of my service that day and was amazing. Never underestimate the holy work you all are doing over there. I came from a long way to get my self care and energy detox on.

My daughter treated my locz to a wonderful experience. From the time I entered to leaving, the level of professionalism was in affect. All in all a very friendly environment. I believe I've found my new home and will be returning soon.
