Lovely is the only way I can describe it! The Vet Assistants are super friendly and understanding and so are the Doctors I've met so far. The receptionists are very attentive and will do their best to make you feel welcomed. My cat was stressed and they tried to help by telling him how handsome he was. (P.S it worked). Vet clinic visits have always been stressful for me but I can honestly say I trust them with my pet's care!

I came into Larchmont Animal Clinic and Helena assisted with the most professionalism and scheduled me to bring my dog in later today. I feel very happy with this clinic as I was referred by Barking Lot.

This place has got to be one of the worst places I've ever been to. I am not doing this rating based on one visit and on multiple visits so it is a fair and educated assessment. First off their fees are a lot higher than other places without any extra service to justify for it. Secondly Dr. Ciganek's bedside manners are none existence. When he talks to you he comes off as whatever he says we have to follow and if we ask an extra question or question his diagnosis he gets restless and wants to dismiss you. Has no compassion for the animal when he is examining which makes me think why he became a vet in the first place. His assistant, Erica takes after him and is so dry and aggressive and off putting. My last experience is the straw that broke the camel's back which he misdiagnosed the issue with my dog. We are in the middle of disputing the charges and do not recommend this place at all.

I have been a client of this vet for many many years. Usually great service, however, recently I took in my dog because she had a UTI and they tried to get me to do a lot of tests that I didn’t feel were necessary- very expensive tests. I finally relented to a urinalysis even though I knew my dog had a UTI because she had one before. Then they also filled my prescription at the vet and never told me the price of any of the services, or that I could actually have gotten the prescription medicine on chewy or another site and saved at least $100. I walked out of there spending over $500 and feeling very taken advantage of, I will not be going back

the doc took his time and didn't rush us. he also gave us options for treatment for out little boy Blu (pit mix) that fit our budget. very down to earth and not an alarmist. we will definitely be back.

Dr. Imai is the single most caring and compassionate vet in all of Los Angeles. The practice is bright and clean, and the staff are incredibly kind. Add to that the fact that they're pretty much the only AAHA accredited vet practice in the area and be 100% Fear Free certified, and you have the recipe for the perfect vet. They take such good care of my dog, and I'm just so grateful they were able to take me as a client.

My boy cats have been going to this clinic since 2012. The care and compassion exhibited by the entire staff make it comfortable for my boys and their parent.

Dr ciganek is top-notch . You can't find many veterinarians who cares for your fur baby as much as he does. He's patient and is super knowledgeable. I took my 19 year old Chihuahua to Larchmont animal clinic for years. She developed a heart condition and we battled her symptoms for over a year. Dr ciganek and the team did wonders to make her feel more at ease while at the clinic and he would always follow up to see how her status was. The effort is always present to further ways to improve health. Honesty is the common trait here at Larchmont animal clinic. You won't feel like this place is milking you for money like other vet clinics that I've been to. The staff is always friendly and well attentive/organized. Walking in, you will feel the love and positive energy. Their organization is spot on and if you ever have a question, the front desk employees are always willing to help and if they don't have an answer, they will put in the effort to find one The clinic is rather small but the patients are scheduled in a timely manner so it never feels congested. The interior is super clean and has no odor which helps calm the dogs down. There is parking in front of the clinic and also additional parking at the "barking lot" down the street. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
