Kaiser Permanente Playa Vista Medical Offices prioritizes health and safety, offering various ways to get care while helping to address community spread of COVID-19. They excel in sending reminders and providing information prior to appointments. Staff are noted for their accommodating, kind, efficient, and professional demeanor. The care takers and the doctor are above and beyond wonderful, professional, kind and giving. They treat everybody very special. Dr. Solomon and his nurse Mucette are awesome, with Mucette having the best customer service and being very polite. Dr. Solomon listens to all concerns and moves accordingly, running on time with his schedule, allowing for a quick in and out experience. N.P. Roda and Nurse Monica were professional, patient, kind, and efficient when evaluating and treating ear wax impaction, with N.P. Roda quickly diagnosing the problem and Nurse Monica completing the lavage tx to resolve it.
