Have used John and Just right in the past with great service. Today our hot water went out and we assumed it was the water heater. Over the phone, John walked us through turning on the gas which had been turned off from the earthquake valve. Really appreciate his help after hours on a Friday!

Initially Just Right was recommended for a pre-home purchase plumbing inspection. They were thorough and detailed. I didn't prioritize the issues they found, and paid for it two months later. When a situation arose, I got a recommended 2nd opinion. That 2nd opinion said that everything in Just Rights inspection report was not only spot on, but priced just right (pun intended). The situation was really bad and graphic, spare you the details. John P, answered my call on the second ring and was at my house with his team within the hour.
