Ross, the manager of this location, was one of the best sales associates I have ever been helped by! He allowed me to browse without feeling pressure to purchase and when I decided I was ready, he was helpful and knowledgeable. Joybird was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend! My friend and I stopped by the Melrose location after checking out a few other furniture stores. I was in the market for a sofa, and I wanted to get the physical look and feel of a few pieces before making this investment. When we entered, Michael approached and let us know he was there to help but let us go ahead and try out all the pieces. Once we had questions - what types of fabrics go with which pieces, what pieces are customizable, whether the upholstering of the pieces vary - Michael was very responsive and helpful. Just wanted to thank Matthew for all of his help and design suggestions for the living room for the new Assisted Living House we are opening in Santa Monica. The chairs are awesome and the most comfortable seating for future residents. We just passed our inspection and await the license to welcome our first resident.Matthew listened and told us about his experiences that helped us make informed and perfect decisions for these chairs.
