I Repair It Fast is located at 1030 East Green Street Pasadena California 91106. This is a beautiful area to have this boutique store. Trees and unique stores line this area of Green Street. The entrance is immediately next to the sidewalk, with no setback. Street parking can sometimes be difficult but side streets often have the most parking.
When I entered the store, I walked through a small seating area to the counter. At the counter I was asked about what type of help that I needed. I showed him my Galaxy S10+ phone and explained that I thought I had a battery problem. He asked me a number of questions concerning its symptoms and how long it had been taking place. He gave me a number of options. After thinking for a while I decided that I wanted to go ahead and get a new battery.
I wanted an original Samsung battery, not an aftermarket battery. He took the information off of my phone to make sure that he was looking for the proper battery in his inventory. He was out of stock. He made some inquiries and said that he would have a battery for me in a couple days and would give me a call when the battery came in. He was very helpful and courteous. I even asked him some questions about the new phone that I had purchased. He was very helpful in explaining how to properly adjust the settings.
After some delay because his supplier was out of stock I stopped and checked with him. He checked his inventory and had the proper replacement. I left the phone and was told to return in a few hours. When I came back the phone was ready. I paid the agreed upon price and was on my way.
When I got home I double checked the phone to see what kind of charge was on the battery. I plugged it in and it is charging as it should.
Very happy with my experience at I Repair it Fast! I recommended it to a friend who needs a new Macbook charger and he was told to bring it by to make sure he gets the correct one. Should I need any technical assistance or product I will be back.

Reliable, helpful, friendly guy who really knows his stuff. He does indeed repair it fast. Went for a battery change and had weird battery problems which he patiently helped me cure. Going to use this place as long as I live here.

Went to the Apple Store with my friend, were told we’d have to pay for a new replacement iPad… The only thing that needed fixing was the charging port which had some gunk in it. The Apple Store spent 40 something mins before saying they won’t repair and can’t replace the charging port. Went to this guy immediately, in and out, not even 3 minutes he fixed the issue. $20 for 3 min of time. Excellent service, quick, honest repair. Don’t go to the Apple Store, come here!!!!

Amazing service, reasonably priced, and hella friendly folks. I called, they confirmed they could fix the cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in 3-4 hours. Dropped it off and came back 4 hours later to a new looking phone. I Repair It Fast seems to be at least fifty bucks less expensive than other repair shops and Philip has the best jokes, too.

My son went in today to deal with an iphone that was not charging and they literally fixed it on the spot. They were friendly and fast. This was a great relief since he is leaving for trip to Asia the next day and I wanted to make sure we had a line of communication. Thank you!!
