I had been taking my dog Charlie there for years until she moved to San Diego and no longer used their services. When my GF adopted a new puppy, Lucy I was really excited to go back to HP. They are so amazing in every way and so appreciate the way the whole team works together. The wait is not long at all even as a walk in and they are so sweet to all the animals that come in to be seen. A very calm and relaxing time every time I go in and the rates are unbeatable. Truly a blessing to have found this place full of wonderful people that actually care about animals. They never give off a “I just work here” vibe and they get things done quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for all the love.

Great location with parking, but very hard to make an appointment. Must be on hold for many minutes. Once the appointment is made everyone is nice and helpful.

Somewhere between normal vet and clinic style. Appreciate in a time where vet care is becoming more and more inaccessible both cost and scheduling related.

I was confident as a walk in they could help my dog after talking on the phone, not only did I have to wait 4 hours and pay $400 for X-rays + exam fee conveniently but they decided they couldn't help my dog at all. I don't recommend them at all.
