I have been in U.S since 2013 on H1B visa, this time I got stuck in admin process and below are the timelines.20-Jul-2023 - Drop box appointment submit the passports along with dependents25-Jul-2023 - Case created and approved for H1 and H428-Jul-2023 - H4 Visa for children's issued30-Jul-2023 - Received children's passports28-Aug-2023 - Mine and my spouse visa status changed to refused30-Aug-2023 - Got an email from Chennai consulate that visa application for myself and my spouse is refused for admin processing, No documents requested27-Oct-2023 - Reached out the U.S congressmen to open up inquiry with dept of state or Chennai consulate but did not help much.- Multiple...read full review

My F1 visa renewal was stuck in admin processing for 4 months. I hired Joshua and his team, and they filed a writ of mandamus on my behalf. After 3 months my visa finally got approved.
