I sustained a tibial spine fracture and sprain of my ACL, MCL and LCL in early May. Today was my first day of therapy with PT Tyler. My leg had been immobilized for over a month and felt so stiff; after today I legitimately don’t feel as much pain bending my knee. It’s astounding. I had been doing at-home exercises but everything we did today made leaps and bounds in my recovery. I am feeling very hopeful now. I had to write this review because I am legitimately feeling so much better - and after only 1 day of PT!
