We rented a deluxe porta potty for a retail commercial / retail construction site for approximately 1 month. We reserved a porta potty approximately 1 week in advance and it was delivered timely as promised in a clean and ready to use condition. The driver was courteous and installed it in the requested location. Weekly service was provided timely and the porta potty was generally kept in clean condition except for the occasional messy user. We used it for employees and customers as well during a bathroom remodel. I have worked with Diamond Environmental Services on many of our projects. They are always helpful, quick, and clean! The most recent project I am on, Michael Salcido has been beyond helpful. I couldn't ask for a better! As you can imagine in construction there is a lot of pressure. Michael is always calm and yet has a sense of urgency. He has always scheduled services at the timeframes available which helps push my projects along. The communication is professional, quick, clear and always transparent.
