I recently visited the California Skin Institute and was very pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was courteous, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
I had a great first appointment at California Skin Institute with Dr. Goldman and his team. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Dr. Goldman was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to address all my questions thoroughly. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I have had multiple dermatologists due to a condition that was misdiagnosed for nearly 15 years. When I saw Dr. Gutmark, she immediately ordered a biopsy (no dermatologist had ever ordered one before), and although the insurance company initially denied her request, she did not waver, and shortly thereafter I was correctly diagnosed with something that multiple dermatologist missed. For the first time in my adult life, she was able to correctly treat me for something I had been suffering with for years.
