The nail techs are talented but the shop is pretty pricey especially to not have the massage chairs for pedicures. I was fine paying the higher price point until I was charged $20 extra total for my hands and feet b/c I chose a neon yellow color. Not for a design, for a color I was charged $10 extra for my hands and $10 extra for my feet. I wasn’t even told the color was extra until the end when I was asked to pay over $120 plus tip for a regular gel mani and pedi. Never again.

This place is clearly a FRONT for some type of illegal business. In the two years that I've lived in the neighborhood, I've never once seen this salon open. I've called several times to book an appointment, never once answered.WHATS REALLY GOING ON?

I made an appointment online and it was confirmed. I then arrived for said appointment a few min early and was told that I would have to wait a half hour or so as both ladies were busy with other clients. I was irritated because I actually had an appointment. Never went back since. Too bad because I live close by.
