While I found Dr. Berdjis to be good as a physician, his staff is way below grade. It would take weeks to get my phone calls returned (if ever), my emails went unanswered, and when I finally switched doctors because of it, and needed my records faxed over - I was told that they were - and all they sent were last year's blood tests. I am now three emails in, and four phone calls (with up to 15 minutes hold times before I hang up)in to get my records transferred. Grateful to be out of his care.

Dr. Berdjis is a Phenomenal doctor. He really truly cares and made me feel in great care under his expert advise. He was my doctors stand in while my doctor (Dr Kamara, whom is also a great doctor) was away on vacation. Dr. Berdjis treated me with amazing care and spent time with me, and answered every phone call promptly, to really help me and guide me through a scary situation of covid. I would strongly recommend Dr. Berdjis if you want the best care possible. I feel very lucky to have had him be my doctor through covid and now for any health care needs I have in the future. I recently made this doctor/office my primary care. I think the doctor is great! I have only seem him once so far but he was very helpful. However, the office workers seem disorganized. They never respond to my emails regarding scheduling and its always hard to reach someone. I think some organization will help.
