We had another appointment with our exotic animal doctor. Our guinea pig is breathing better, but still has a lot of sniffling. We left with more supplements and a prescription for additional antibiotics. Pleased that the exotic animal doctor also consulted with her colleagues to confirm the x-rays of our guinea pig.

If you need vaccinations or ear cleaning, they're great, We had our prior dog cared for there. If however, you need support during life-threatening illness, please, look elsewhere. I took my 9 week old, brand new pup there for lethargy. They immediately diagnosed parvo. We elected to do home care as the hospitalization was so expensive, and the pup would be unattended the next day (Sunday) at the hospital. Fluid support is critical, and we gave her fluid injections for a week. She seemed to turn, drinking her own water and starting to eat. Then 24 hours later, plummeted. She's at a rescue clinic now, where she's parvo negative, but fighting for her life against "secondary infections". I'm angry, and will not return here.

This is hands down the best vet clinic in South Bay. The team and Dr’s here have always gone out of their way to help out all my babies (cats and dogs) when we need it the most. I can’t say enough about their friendliness, professionalism, and all-around concern during times of stress when the babies get sick or injured.
