The first step is always the most difficult to take. Prior to working with Tony, I had, admittedly, tried very little but thought I'd done so much. I'd done the new gym signup every year and watched the videos and read the books, but nothing came of it. All I did was tell myself what I was going to do, but never followed through consistently. I always had the excuse that I was big and that it was more difficult for me. The small amount I did do was 'good enough' for someone my size and then I'd reward that.
