The best part about my experience was how easy they were to work with, and how accomidating they are. Scheduling was easy, price was very fair, and quality of service and detail in the report were all very professional. Jim has been doing this for a while and knows what he is doing. I was lucky, the house was in good shape, so I can now move in assured I'm moving to the right house.

Incredible service. Jim came out to inspect 2 homes for me on my house hunting journey and was able to make an appointment within a day or two of going into contract. He is incredibly thorough and diligent and is able to inform you in easy to understand terms. Everything is documented with impeccable notes and photographs so it's very easy to follow along. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Hired to perform a home inspection on our new house in escrow. Responded quickly and the report provided was very thorough and readable, with actions recommended in relevant places. Very readable by non- experts and provided value insights. We received our report, with photos and callouts, the day after the inspection was performed. Very quick! Highly recommend.
