I’ve seen Jason for deep tissue massage and cupping at least 6 times and can’t recommend him enough (I’ve only seen Jason but I’m sure everyone at Sacred Roots is wonderful). He is truly a healer. I’m a runner and was trying to get marathon-ready last Fall — he helped me thru a hip issue and had me running pain -free within a month. Whether you need rehab or conditioning, this place is amazing. Thank you, Jason!

every first Friday of the month they do a sound bath. check it out if you want to do some inner healing in long beach and you're in the area. definitely nice people that will give you a unique experience. parking is in the back or anywhere you can find in the neighborhood.

Stephanie, Stephanie, Stephanie... AMAZING! I had the best massage and experienced cupping for the first time! This girl knows her s*** I felt heard, I felt extremely comfortable, enlightened, and well on my way to repairing and caring for what I've neglected-ME! Stephanie released so much tension and taught me a lot about my body. I cannot wait for my next session with her!
