Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service, although in my case they were not able to fix the cracked screen due to difficulties with the calibration process at Apple's end. Still, I'd recommend this business.

I appreciate how quickly my phone was fixed. He even changed the sides because they were scratched also. He put a screen saver on my phone. He also fixed my daughter's phone twice. Then when she had an issue, the 2nd time her phone needed fixing, we took her phone back and he stands behind his work. It's great to have a place to take our phones to be fixed instead of having to pay a huge deductible when its only the screen that needs to be replaced ??
