I sprained my ankle and it's been painful for four months. I got the hourlong foot massage and it's never felt better. Today was my first massage ever and I didn't know what to expect. The ladies speak very little English but wow, they seem to know what they're doing. I soaked first then she greases up and rubbed all the tendons, muscles and each toe like they were polishing up chrome. Very odd but very satisfying - I was getting chills up my leg. Weird video in the background of a guy building a house in high def was oddly very relaxing as I watched him dig out a trench and put in septic lines...
