I found John here, in a google search of photographers in my area as I needed a headshot for a new job. John exceeded my expectations which is the definition of excellent customer service. The experience he created was beyond that of simply setting an appointment and taking some pictures. He helped me to understand what I actually wanted from this photo and helped me get it there. He was then able to send the finalized picture in under 12 hours. I look forward to working with John again in the future as this is the type of genuine service that I value.

I needed a professional headshot on very short notice for my ERAS application and John did an amazing job. He helped me go through a number of potential poses, facial expressions, and backgrounds/lighting until we found the perfect one. He also works very efficiently and I got my completed headshot very fast.

This was my first time getting professional photography done. I needed professional headshots to submit to potential employers and I didn't really know what I was doing. John made the process and experience comfortable and helped me feel confident in doing it. He was prompt and enthusiastic, and he guided me through it all. Now I have four new professional-looking headshots, one of which I'm now using as my profile picture here.
