This review isn't so much about the tattoo I received but more about the customer service I received. This is a big deal since my husband and I own a small business as well and I know how important that is. Me and my two friends went to get a special tattoo since we have been friends for 40 yrs. My friend chose the artist because she and her family had 9 prior tattoos done by her and she was happy with them. Something went wrong with mine and we honestly don't know if my skin had a reaction (never had one with past tattoos) or some kind of blowout but I couldn't find too many people that had a clear explanation including the artist.
