Excellent work & friendly service. We were selling our house and agreed to pay for repairs noted in A-1's pest inspection. We were very pleased by Don's excellent work and attention to detail. Don's work was especially appreciated as our home is mid-century and a lot of the materials were special-order and expensive. However, the work product far exceeded my expectations. After the wood repairs were completed we felt very comfortable handling our well-loved and maintained house over to the buyers. My wife & I contracted with A-1 to replace 20 feet of outdoor stairs, second-story to ground level. Jerrold was incredible. Very professional. Knows his job very well. Our stairs are beautiful, both in the type and quality of wood, an excellent blend of colors. Jerrold made them with both high quality construction methods and durability while keeping them affordable. Thank you Jerrold.
