I have been working with Dewey Pest Control and Paul their Regional Manager, for a number of years. I am always contacted before they visit, when a date and time are agreed to. Paul is always dressed in unform, polite and attentive to any changes in the property. His work is completed in a timely manner and he always provides documentations regarding the chemicals being applied and the insects being focused on during any bi-monthly visit. It works, the interior of my property is bug-free and Dewey Pest Control responds quickly if unexpected invasions are noted.

Jose is great. He always contacts us the day before he comes and lets us know the approximate time he will be there. If we have any issues in between visits he comes as soon as he can to address that issue.

Carlos is always very considerate and polite. He calls ahead to make sure service won't interfere with any plans. He always asks us if we are experiencing any issues and addresses them promptly. He is very considerate of our pets and wildlife.
