I called this morning and the person who answered the phone with a heavy accent and was extremely rude and unprofessional. This experience makes it hard to trust or want to do business with a company that allows such behavior. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share this so the owner is aware of who is representing their business over the phone.

This realtor association has to have the most inconsistent and low quality realtors that the AV has to offer. Veronica was representing the buyers in our home sale. They started escrow, got their inspection completed on our home and then ghosted our realtors. We are relocating to Texas and put an offer in on a house out there contingent on our house selling in time and now don't know what to do. This association didn't even have the character to let us know that the buyers backed out. Our realtors even went to the manager of Century 21 and he did not respond.
