I was in the market to find a new modern pilates studio after moving to the area. And after trying several different studios, I will say BE Fit has been my favorite and I’ve been a regular for the past few months. I appreciate how challenging the routines are and the wide availability of classes from early morning to late evening.
One flag is that this studio may be hard for beginners. I know other studios have intro classes or “basic” classes for folks to get familiar with the megaformer & the moves. My friend brought me here for my first ever Pilates class. Judy was our instructor and she guided me in the beginning and talked me through how the reformer works and how the class will go. I was definitely shaking in a good way throughout the workout. As a beginner and trying to get familiar with the reformer, it was a great first experience and will definitely be back for more classes!
