Oliver was very friendly and professional. I was really impressed with Advanced Carpet Cleaners from the start. He came in, checked the carpeted areas, took measurements, explained the pricing clearly, and got right to work. They cleaned the carpets throughout my whole house along with two area rugs, and the results were excellent. With 2 dogs and 2 cats, we had several pet stains, heavy traffic marks, and spots that needed extra attention. We also requested carpet sanitizer and spot protection, and it was worth every penny. oliver arrived right on time and explained the carpet cleaning process clearly, including the time needed and what we could expect. he was very friendly, upbeat, and it was easy to tell he enjoys helping people. The carpet cleaning results were excellent. Our 21 year old carpet looked fresh and almost brand new after the deep clean. i could also tell oliver was happy with the outcome, and he reminded us they would return for free spot cleaning if anything came back. After smoke from a fireplace spread through the house, I called for help and Oliver arrived quickly. He set up fans and cleaning equipment right away to clear the smoke and freshen the home.
