I’ve used Fire & Ice a few times, including this last week for an HVAC tuneup. I’ve been impressed with their information, honesty and not trying to cringy upsell like other folks in this space do. They’ve done solid work and that combo will keep me coming back to them.

Let me tell you about a family man who walked threw fire and ice to get to you to make a valid effort to be able to give you the best effort to heat and cool the people you love and those that you want to make happy .

KUDOS to David and Rafael!We recently had to reach out to Fire & Ice for their assistance in resolving an issue with our air conditioner when it decided to stop working.David paid us a visit mid-week and was able to diagnose and repair the issue, as well as perform our annual service (which I had lagged on earlier in the year). We were happy to have our functioning air conditioner again. Sadly though, our joy was short lived when our downstairs neighbor informed us that our AC was leaking into his apartment.The next day, Rafael paid us a visit to investigate the reported issue.
