Our lower deck had a support beam that had split horizontally and was not getting better. There were joists that had begun to rot as well and things were just not safe. I called 3 contractors recommended by a friend in the industry and LCC returned my call the next morning and came by the next day. Still waiting to hear from the others. Rob came by and we looked over the header and the deck gave me his recommendations and had the estimate within a couple of days. Got tired of waiting for the other bids and LCC's estimate was fine for me. Their crew was professional, courteous and very protective of my house inside and out.
