Massive slow drip water leak with mold was thoroughly, expediently, and professionally fixed by Paul Davis Restoration. Especially I want to commend Charles Moore, who was ever present and extremely knowledgeable and insanely hard working. They even had a cabinet repair person who could make cabinets to fit under a large kitchen quartzite counter, saving all the drawers that needed to be put back, when the original cabinet maker couldn’t. (And no blame to him, it was tricky)
Johnny was incredible to work with. He showed up quickly, didn’t charge us for the visit, and was extremely knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done. Even though our landlord is no going to move forward with the remediation, Johnny still went out of his way to help us—staying communicative, providing detailed reports, and even working with our insurance. It’s rare to find someone that helpful and professional when there’s nothing in it for them. Highly recommend.
I woke up to water pouring out of the light in my bathroom and discovered my water heater had sprung a leak. I isolated the water heater and called Paul Davis restoration the next morning. Johnny showed up the same day to assess the damage and get me a quote. Using his meter, he determined where the damaged drywall was located and quickly got the crew to work with the repairs. Fortunately, my damage was minor and the repairs were quick. I never felt pressured to go beyond the minimum work necessary and I am grateful for the fair pricing.
