Sarah is a fantastic massage therapist. My first massage with her was the best I've ever had. She's very attentive to what your body needs. I've had multiple injuries and chronic pain and she was able to address all those problem areas so well. She also provides after care tools and instructions that are very helpful. I finally found my massage therapist! Highly recommend.
I rarely write reviews, but my last two massage experiences definitely warrant one. Sarah is an absolute master masseuse! Her vast knowledge of the human anatomy and how to loosen tight muscles is second to none. Besides her expertise, she is such a kind, thoughtful, and genuine person. I will definitely be back soon.
I have been going to doctors for years to try and get relief from my lower back pain. Between the chiropractor, physical therapy, and specialist after specialist no one has been able to identify the source of my symptoms let alone provide any guidance on how to reduce or even manage the pain. Within literally only weeks of visiting Sarah, she has not only reduced my level of pain and discomfort in a short period of time but also guided me on exercises and stretches that will help me develop long term and permanent relief of my symptoms.
