I've been seeing Jennifer for the last couple of months & am blown away by the results I've gotten with her care. I've been suffering from arthritis & lack of motion in my feet for years. Even after only a few visits, the pain was reduced so much, I was not in tears from it but I was actually crying from the relief I've found. Jennifer spent almost an hour each time listening to me yammer on about my life while she directed me in my exercises & as she stretched & massaged my muscles. I've run out of my allowed visits without a referral, & am unable to get one from Kaiser, so I am leaving this with a thank you to the entire office for their kindness, professionalism & their expertise.
To the lady who is with United healthcare & clearly doesn't understand what the office is limited in doing for her? You should be ashamed for leaving a negative review for something that has NOTHING to do with the front desk. You should get upset with your insurance, not this location that offers physical therapy.

Went there after giving all my insurance details and confirming that I'm in network, to be told i have deductibles and patient responsibilites with 80% covered by insurance and 20% my responsibility. I told them i've been to physical therapy many times and all i had was a copay. Front lady argued with me saying i haven't met my deductible. I showed her past claims showing the $25 copy and she goes you met the deductible then, which i know i didn't. Nonsense, gibberish and either lack of knowledge or deceiving. I later called my united healthcare and they told me we are not in network. Why can't they just tell the trust instead of telling you that you are, and then hoping you would just do the service and pay a lot out of pocket. Really horrible experience and very poor reflection on this business. Who spells fyzical like that, already sounds scammy.

I have been to several physical therapy places throughout the years, and I can say confidently: This is flat out the best physical therapy office in Orange County. I have been working with Justin on a variety of injuries for the past three months or so. I tore my Tommy John, and he basically had me at 100% within the first month. We have since been working on my shoulders, and unfortunately now my ankle as well. The main factor that separates these guys is that you were never working with an aid, you spend your whole hour with the physical therapist. Even the front desk gals are amazing. 10/10!

I can’t say enough good thing about my experience over the years! This review is long over due! My husband and I first came to Justin when my husband had a serious car accident that left him in bad shape. Justin worked magic and helped to get him walking again and was a big help in his recovery. Later on I needed help with my back. I had been to see another physical therapist close to home and was not helped. My husband encouraged me to go see Justin. Justin spent the time and was able to help me. He really understands the body and knows how to figure things out and what needs to be done. This physical therapy office is outstanding in their care! Front office staff is pleasant and helpful. I am happy to recommend and am grateful for the great physical therapy! Five stars are not enough!

I went to Jennifer for pelvic floor issues. I was skeptical when my urologist recommended PT to me. But, I must say Jennifer really made me feel comfortable and really knows what she is doing. She also taught me some valuable exercises to do on my own. The icing on the cake was the shock wave therapy. My husband even noticed the difference. So glad I didn't go the surgical route. Have been The end of last year and just finished the second round last week. The entire staff is so nice and welcoming. CAROL and Lynn at the front desk are so sweet. My therapist Jane was fabulous. She helped my sciatic nerve and my hamstring muscles. The owner, Justin is so nice and even started my car for me one evening when I couldn't get it started. I highly recommend this place if you need any physical therapy.
