Lake Forest location: Great enthusiasm and positivity from the front desk ladies to each one of the therapists with whom I interacted. Therapists are attentive to each individual while working with multiple clients (no waiting extended amounts of time once my exercise ended). Very knowledgeable therapists who are able to adjust and offer a variety of effective exercises. Great environment at this location - cleanliness, air circulation, checkin-in process. The Lake Forest office is quality and gets an A+ from me. The staff is great, all the way from the Physical Therapists, Exercise Specialists to those at the Reception desk. All are professional, friendly, and helpful. My PT person, Lorre has really helped my lower back issues, and is continuing to treat my knee issue. She is very knowledgeable & personable. The Exercise Specialists are helpful & understanding (Leslie, Haush, James, Nico, Youngbin). I highly recommend this business.
I rate Coury & Buehler at an A+, 110%. It all boils down to the people there. Their competency at what they do, their knowledge in the Physical Therapy field, their ease and comfort in dealing with the individual patient, the smooth and friendly flow of the office itself. All of these things are first rate. I am grateful to the entire staff, especially Nicholas Demonaco, PT, DPT, addressed my situation (knee replacement) with innovation, care and concern. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend C&B, or go back to them in the future.
