Awesome service, follow up and really nice installers! Unit looks great and install was clean and painless. I had underground water issues after initial installation and when I contacted Apex, they responded immediately and have the most wonderful, considerate and knowledgeable staff. I trust their input and integrity and am most comfortable having them in my home whether I am there or not. Johnny and his entire team totally rock!!!Services: Heating system installation
Jake and John at Apex were excellent every step of the way! Once we determined that our 24 yr old furnace needed to be replaced, Apex went out of their way to provide options and share the pros/cons with each option.The Apex price was fair and the installation team was timely and efficient!!I would highly recommend Apex if you have Heating or A/C needs!!
I've had to call multiple times regarding furnace issues. Everyone is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to deal with...even though I felt like I was being a bother! John and Steven came out promptly this morning to install new vent pipes and a new furnace! This company and the crew deserve more than a 5 star rating!!
