I’m so glad that I found 1st choice AC, I chose them to help give a second opinion on my ac problem. Luke was amazing and super thorough. He really took the time to help explain to me the issues that he found. I appreciate the extra care and effort he put in. Also biggest thing is that instead having to replace three major things that the first company recommended, he mainly saw one major problem to be fixed. Which brings down the cost significantly. On time , extremely knowledgeable of my particular equipment, willing to explain the process as he did it. Also some other helpful hints on operation, timing of filter replacement beyond waiting for the warning light. A shout out to Anthony, thanks for your thoroughness and being a real person!
Quality is a lifetime thing. We had a slight problem with our Lennox system, which was not the fault of 1st Choice. But when they came out and saw the problem, they instantly submitted the paperwork and replaced the whole system under warranty. This is an example of integrity.
