Amazing work, done in one day even though they thought it could take two. Techs were awesome and kept everything clean and our puppy safe. Never been so happy to have ac again. Worth every penny.
This review is long overdue, but better late than never. Chris and 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning are fantastic! We decided it was time to replace our furnace/AC unit as it was over 20 years old. We knew it was not going to be an inexpensive project, but well worth it. We worked with Chris and from beginning to end of the project he and his entire crew were incredibly friendly, professional, and competent. Since the initial install, we have had a few needed fixes/service calls (one even being on Thanksgiving day). Chris is always quick to respond in order to help fix what ever the issue is. We can’t say enough good things about 1st choice heating and air conditioning! From scheduling, to meeting with Jeff and Eric, speaking with Rich, everyone has just been friendly, honest, and kind. I truly appreciate their transparency, and that they reallg want to help figure out what the issue is and make sure that the job is done right.
